Our mission is to create a global leader in Civility and Soft Skills training that represents the “Gold Standard” for professional learning through customized workshops and consulting for corporate, educational, non-profit, and community-based groups and organizations.
Our History
Treasure Box Atlanta is the South’s Protocol Specialist, re-defining the “Art” of Civility, Respect, and Diversity Inclusion and Belonging (DIB), and Soft Skills for corporate, educational, non-profit, and community-based groups and organizations.
Our organization was founded by Rhonda G. Hudson in 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia in order to meet the needs of Soft-Skill training in the workplace. Our founder had a dream to change the narrative for people who had a fear of public speaking, lacked self-confidence in presenting ideas, and dreaded business luncheons or networking events. Since, Treasure Box Atlanta has transformed over 1,000 lives through innovative hands-on training and consulting. Treasure Box Atlanta is not your ordinary training company. The courses are customized to meet our clients’ culture with high energy and technology integration for 21st Century learners.

Treasure Box Atlanta Founder and Executive Director
Our founder is a proud native of Atlanta, Georgia and Certified Corporate Trainer and Educator. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and master’s degree from Mercer University’s Tift College of Education, both in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds certificates in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and Social Emotional Training (RULER) from Yale University Center for Emotional Intelligence. Mrs. Hudson is a certified STAR (Spelman Team of Alumnae Recruiters). She currently facilitates training programs for corporations, educational, non-profits, and community-based organizations. Our founder is affectionately known as “The Protocol Specialist” to Atlanta’s Celebrity Community and has contracted with over 100 non-profits and Fortune 500 companies for training and keynotes.
Mrs. Hudson has been featured and quoted for her expertise in “The Front-Line” Customer Service, Diversity and Inclusion, and Business and Social Etiquette in Atlanta’s top magazines and newspapers such as the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Magazine and South Fulton Magazine. She has also been featured as special guest on KISS 104.1 FM- Live Broadcast’s “Etiquette in a Rude World”- The Jennifer Keitt Show and referenced on CBS TV Face the Truth, hosted by Vivica A. Fox, for Relationship Management and how to be confident not arrogant!
Mrs. Hudson, CTM (Competent Toastmaster) is a professional speaker with superior communication and leadership skills. She is a member of the Association for Training and Development (ATD) the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. Mrs. Hudson is a member of the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College (NAASC), Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Jack and Jill of America Inc., Atlanta Chapter (Associate), and Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral. She is a proud native of Atlanta and is happily married with three amazing daughters.
